Welcome to Mikka's photography

We specialize in capturing the vibrant energy and intricate beauty of Indian wedding photography in London. Our expertise lies in photographing Indian weddings, with a particular focus on the magnificent Baraat processions, ensuring that every significant moment is beautifully preserved.

The Baraat, derived from the Sanskrit word "Varayātrā," meaning "groom's procession," is a central and joyous element of North Indian, Pakistani, and Sikh weddings. It's a grand celebration where the groom, accompanied by family and friends, makes his way to the wedding venue amidst a flurry of dancing, music, and colorful traditions. Whether the groom arrives on a traditional horse or in a luxuriously decorated car, the Baraat is a lively event filled with music, dhol drummers, and the laughter of loved ones.

As a photographer in London specializing in Indian wedding photography, we bring our understanding of these rich traditions to every shoot, making sure to capture the heart of the Baraat and every meaningful ceremony. From the excitement of the groom’s arrival to the emotional Milni ceremony where the two families are united, my goal is to create timeless memories of your special day.

For Indian wedding photography in London, we are committed to providing high-quality images that reflect the vibrancy and culture of your celebration. Whether it's the Baraat or the more intimate moments, I ensure that every memory is captured with care and artistry.
